Mr. Brannon has worked on traffic engineering, utility design, environmental permitting, and grant writing. He has served as an engineer on projects requiring collaboration with multiple regulatory agencies, focusing on compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. Thomas is a registered Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Public Works Association. His experience includes managing stormwater design, utility modeling, roadway construction, and public infrastructure improvements across various counties and municipalities.
