The project consisted of the development of 1.8-acres of land and included the design and permitting of infrastructure necessary to service a new 18,000 sq.ft. indoor shooting range and retail building located on the corner of US Hwy 98 and Griffin Blvd in Panama City Beach, Florida. Infrastructure design included paved areas such as roadways, sidewalks and parking, potable water and sanitary sewer utilities and a stormwater drainage and management system. Permitting included a Panama City Beach Minor Development Order, Northwest Florida Water Management District (NWFWMD) Environmental Resource Permit (ERP), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Water Distribution Permit, and a FDEP Wastewater Collection Permit.
