O&A approaches each project with sustainability in mind. O&A will coordinate with a Florida licensed environmental engineering consultant to estimate and evaluate any significant short and long-term effects the project on the environment and identify ways to minimize, mitigate, or eliminate these effects and/or compensate for their impacts. Environmental impacts can be minimized by implementing stormwater management plans, reuse water and distribution plans, and soil erosion and preservation plans. In addition, O&A provides environmental impact retrofitting services in order to mitigate the environmental footprint for the existing properties.
