O&A will review all available construction drawings and documents and perform a preliminary inspection to familiarize ourselves with the existing property, gather dimensional information and collect other site data specific to the project. O&A may also perform a detailed visual inspection of the structural building components to evaluate their condition and catalog our findings through written notes and photographs. Based on the findings from the visual condition survey, O&A will perform an analysis to evaluate the condition of the structural building components. O&A will use these findings to develop a set of comprehensive set of structural plans and/or written recommendations.
