The project consisted of a three-story, single-family residence with a conditioned living area measuring approximately 3,000 sq. ft. The main structure includes a conventional, continuous concrete foundation and timber framed walls, floors and roof systems. The project also includes a 600 sq. ft. garage, approximately 1,680 sq. ft. of open porches/terraces and a stormwater exfiltration system.
