The project consisted of a three-story, single-family residence with a conditioned living area measuring approximately 4,000 sq. ft. The structure consists of a timber pile foundation with an integrated concrete footer for the brick veneer, timber framed walls and a pre-engineered timber truss upper-level floor and roof system. The project also includes approximately 800 sq. ft. of unconditioned space, including balconies and porches, a 280 sq. ft. garage and an understory, dry retention stormwater management system.
