The project consisted of a three-story, single-family residence with a conditioned living area measuring approximately 5,000 sq. ft. The structure consists of a conventional, continuous concrete foundation, Cast-In-Place (CIP) walls, a CIP concrete floor system, and a CIP and/or pre-cast concrete and timber roof system. The project also includes a two-car garage, 250 sq. ft. of covered porches, a 700 sq. ft. roof top terrace, a six-foot diameter metal spiral stair, concrete site walls and an underground stormwater management system.
