The project consisted of the design of structural foundations, floor and roof plans, and the development of a compilation of structural details necessary to provide final working drawings, documents and specifications for a new commercial building located on US Hwy 98 in Panama City Beach, Florida measuring approximately 8,500 sq. ft. The structure consisted of a conventional concrete stem wall and slab foundation, reinforced masonry walls, structural steel and pre-engineered timber floor and roof truss systems.
