Structural design for a new dermatology office building in Fort Walton Beach, covering foundation design, floor and roof framing plans, structural details, and the sealed drawings and specifications issued for permit.

The project consisted of the design of structural foundations, floor and roof plans, and the development of a compilation of structural details necessary to provide final working drawings, documents and specifications for a new commercial building in Fort Walton Beach, Florida measuring approximately 8,000 sq. ft. The structure consisted of a conventional turn-down slab foundation, reinforced masonry walls, pre-engineered light gauge steel truss roof system.
