The project consisted of a two-story, timber framed, single family residence and carriage house with a conditioned living area measuring approximately 3,500 sq. ft.. The project includes a 350 sq. ft. swimming pool, a 400 sq. ft. enclosed garage, a 550 sq. ft. carport, 1,120 sq. ft. of covered porch, 560 sq. ft. of open porch, a retaining wall around an open outdoor seating area and a stormwater exfiltration system under the driveway.
