The project consisted of a three-story, single-family residence with a conditioned living area measuring approximately 3,000 sq. ft. The structure consists of a timber pile foundation, timber framed 1st level floor system, timber framed walls, and pre-engineered timber truss upper-level floor and roof systems. The project also includes approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of unconditioned space, including balconies and porches, and an independent dry retention stormwater management system.
