The project consists of a four-story, single-family residence with a conditioned living area measuring approximately 8,000 sq. ft. The main structure consists of an auger-cast concrete pile and grade beam with a turn down slab foundation, reinforced Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) and Cast-In-Place (CIP) walls, a conventionally reinforced concrete and pre-engineered timber truss and CIP floor and roof systems. The project includes (1) 2-car and (1) single car enclosed garage with living space above, approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of open porches and balconies, a roof-top swimming pool, concrete site walls, a structural foundation for the at-grade pool and a stormwater exfiltration system.
