The project consisted of the design of structural foundations, floor and roof plans, and the development of a compilation of structural details necessary to provide final working drawings, documents and specifications for a new restaurant and retail building located on the corner of County Hwy 30A and County Road 393 in Dune Allen Beach, Florida measuring approximately 7,200 sq. ft. The structures consisted of a conventional concrete stem wall and slab foundation, timber framed walls, pre-engineered timber truss upper-level floor system and a custom heavy timber roof truss system.
