The project consisted of the redevelopment of 0.3-acres of land located in Grayton Beach, FL following a fire in 2018 which destroyed the 100-year-old building in which the Red Bar previously called home. The work included the design and permitting of infrastructure necessary to service a new 8,000 sq.ft. restaurant located on County Hwy 30A. Infrastructure design included paved areas such as sidewalks and parking, potable water and sanitary sewer utilities and a stormwater drainage and management system. Permitting included a Walton County Minor Development Order and a Northwest Florida Water Management District (NWFWMD) Environmental Resource Permit (ERP).
