The project consisted of the design of structural foundations, floor and roof plans, and the development of a compilation of structural details necessary to provide final working drawings, documents and specifications for a new commercial building located on John Simms Parkway in Niceville, Florida measuring approximately 12,000 sq. ft. The structure consisted of a conventional turn-down slab foundation, custom steel frame, light gauge steel infill walls and a steel truss roof system.
