He also holds an Associate of Science in Computer Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute, earned in 2005. With over 15 years of experience, Ryan has managed complex infrastructure projects and provided technical support as a City Engineer, demonstrating expertise in design, permitting, and construction processes.
