Mr. Carnely graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from the University of West Florida and has several years of experience working in residential and commercial construction.  His early experience included constructing docks and retaining walls, as well as residential and commercial building renovations.  Tyler also has experience in civil/site construction, on-site supervision, operating heavy machinery, and reviewing engineering drawings.
