O&A has designed  extensive amounts of wood structures for many different purposes. Structural wood design can be utilized for commercial, municipal, and residential structures. O&A uses a wide variety of computer-based software to simulate the different loads that may affect any part of the structural wood member. Wood can be used in floor systems, wall framing, roof framing, outdoor decks, outdoor structures, and much more. The use of wood design is common among single family residential homes. Through these wood design projects, O&A produces the necessary drawings, documents, and specifications to complete the project. Each set of drawings includes a comprehensive set of plans and details specific to that unique project.  O&A designs each project based on the most recent and up to date Building Codes.
