Forensics is not a sixth discipline. It runs across Structural Engineering and Waterproofing & Restoration, depending on where the failure lives.
- Civil Engineering
Site development, stormwater, utilities, and regulatory coordination through county, water management district, and state review. This discipline determines whether your regulatory approvals land on schedule.
- Structural Engineering
Sealed structural design and peer review from residential through high-rise, tuned for coastal wind zones. Forensics on the structural side runs through this practice.
- Waterproofing & Restoration
Envelope surveys, milestone inspections, structural integrity reserve studies, forensics, and repair documents for occupied coastal buildings. Forensics on the envelope side runs through this practice.
- Contract Administration
On-site engineering presence acting on the owner's behalf from bid through closeout. Submittal review, request-for-information handling, Construction Observations, pay application review, and closeout documentation.
- Landscape Architecture
Licensed Florida landscape architecture, coordinated with the civil and structural teams under the same operations lead, who is also the Registered Landscape Architect for the firm.

Licensed and named.
Professional licenses are held by individuals, and every license our people hold is listed on the people page under the individual it belongs to. The firm itself holds a separate engineering business registration with the Florida Board of Professional Engineers. Florida license status is public information and provides a direct way to confirm who we say we are.
Florida Board Recognized Structural Engineer is a recognition established under section 471.055, Florida Statutes, effective 2022-07-01. It is not a requirement to practice structural engineering in Florida.
