Assessment of observed distress or suspected failure. We document what we find in a form built to hold up under scrutiny, and provide expert support when disputes happen.

3D modeling and finite element analysis where the structure warrants it, so complex coastal wind-zone behavior is calculated rather than estimated by rule of thumb.

When the structure is being repaired rather than built new, our Contract Administration team carries the construction phase: Construction Observations, progress meetings, and pay application review.

Two mixed-use condominium buildings, approximately 53,000 sq. ft.: mat slab foundations over deep-soil stabilization by others, cast-in-place concrete columns, post-tensioned floor and roof systems, reinforced concrete masonry curtain walls, and light-gauge steel roof over-framing.
The Red Bar · Grayton Beach
Approximately 8,000 sq. ft. rebuilt after the 2019 fire: concrete stem-wall and slab foundation, timber-framed walls, and pre-engineered timber roof trusses.
