What we collect, and why.

We collect only what you send us through a form on this site, and we use it to answer your inquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the firm except where a project requires it or the law compels it.

Information you give us.

The contact and proposal request forms ask for your name, how to reach you, the property or project the inquiry concerns, and whatever detail you choose to write. That submission is stored so the responsible professional can pick it up and respond. Nothing on this site asks for payment details or government identifiers.

Confidential inquiries.

The proposal request form carries a confidentiality option. When it is selected, the inquiry is routed only to the professionals who need it and the property is not referenced in marketing material. If your situation involves a dispute, a claim, or counsel, select that option before you write the detail.

Information collected automatically.

Our hosting provider records standard server request data such as the page requested, the time, and a general location derived from the network address. This data supports site reliability and performance work. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it.

Inquiries are retained for as long as the firm may reasonably need them for the engagement, for records of professional services, or for the periods a professional practice is expected to keep project correspondence. Ask us to remove an inquiry and we will remove it unless it is part of an active or completed engagement record.

Your privacy requests.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for removal.

This page describes current practice on this website. If the practice changes, this page changes with it.
