Is our Bay County building's first milestone inspection at 25 years or 30?
We do not answer that from a web page. We read the rule for your building's jurisdiction with its building official and get the answer in writing as part of scoping the inspection.
Does a Phase 2 inspection need its own permits in Panama City Beach?
It can. Destructive or exploratory testing may need a permit from the building official, and we sequence that permit into the Phase 2 plan so the work is not held up.
