The Daytona Beach service area gives the firm an Atlantic Coast presence. Volusia and Flagler counties carry the same oceanfront exposure conditions as the Gulf Coast markets, and the same aging inventory of mid-rise and high-rise condominium buildings now moving through milestone inspections and reserve studies.
The regulatory stack is different on this coast. Environmental Resource Permits run through the St. Johns River Water Management District, and state roadway work runs through FDOT District Five, so filings on this coast follow a different agency map than in the Panhandle. Knowing that map keeps the permitting calendar on track.
Work in these counties is staffed from the firm's licensed engineering teams, with field work scheduled from the Gulf Coast offices.
