The project consisted of the development of 1.0-acre of land for and included the design and permitting of infrastructure necessary to service a new 7,200 sq.ft. restaurant and office building located in WaterColor, Florida. Infrastructure design included paved areas such as roadways, sidewalks and parking, potable water and sanitary sewer utilities and a stormwater drainage and management system. Permitting included a Walton County Minor Development Order, Northwest Florida Water Management District (NWFWMD) Environmental Resource Permit (ERP), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Water Distribution Permit, and a FDEP Wastewater Collection Permit.
