The decision frame

A 25-acre golf and amenity campus at WaterSound needed the civil infrastructure to support an inn, pro shop, training center, wellness center, aquatic center, restaurants, tennis and pickleball courts, a two-acre lake, and a new guarded entrance, all on one coordinated set of permits.

The result

The campus was routed through the full state and county regulatory stack on one coordinated civil package. A new entrance and guardhouse at Fazio Drive and WaterSound Parkway anchors the access system that ties the amenity uses together.
