The project consisted of the development of 2.8-acres of land and included the design and permitting of infrastructure necessary to service a new 7,200 sq.ft. restaurant and retail building located on the corner of County Hwy 30A and County Road 393 in Dune Allen Beach, Florida. Infrastructure design included paved areas such as roadways, sidewalks and parking, potable water and sanitary sewer utilities and a stormwater drainage and management system. Permitting included a Walton County Minor Development Order, Northwest Florida Water Management District (NWFWMD) Environmental Resource Permit (ERP), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Water Distribution Permit, and a FDEP Wastewater Collection Permit.
