Wind mitigation inspection is a visual examination of a building structure’s existing ability or lack of ability to withstand damage during a storm with wind. O&A will review all available drawings and documents, and perform a preliminary inspection to familiarize ourselves with the existing property, gather dimensional information and collect other site data specific to the project. O&A will perform a wind mitigation inspection on any building structure the Association needs to be inspected. This information is essential in having an accurate wind mitigation inspection. O&A will fill out a new Wind Mitigation Form on the form provided by the Association for any building structure that needs to be inspected. The new mitigation forms will be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer Licensed in the State of Florida.
EIFS inspection is a visual examination of the amount of EIFS on the exterior of a building. O&A will review all available drawings and documents, and perform a preliminary inspection to familiarize ourselves with the existing property, gather dimensional information and collect other site data specific to the project. O&A will perform an EIFS inspection on any building structure the Association needs to be inspected. This information is essential in having an accurate EIFS inspection. O&A will write an EIFS Insurance Letter for the Association for any building structure that needs to be inspected. The EIFS Insurance Letter will be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer Licensed in the State of Florida.
