We review all available construction drawings and documents and perform a preliminary inspection to become familiar with the property, gather dimensional information, and collect other site data specific to the project. Then we perform a detailed visual inspection of the exterior building envelope, focused on the cladding, balconies, windows, doors, and roofs.
Based on the findings from the visual condition survey, we perform a forensic investigation in the recommended areas to further evaluate the condition of the building components. This is where the assumption gets tested.

It identifies the locations inspected and states the condition of the cladding, sealants, and balconies, along with concerns such as rotten wood, corroded metal, or water damage.
