What we develop

The preliminary design phase is based on the owner's goals, the size and condition of the land, the soil and groundwater properties, and any historical permit documentation.
Design, permitting, and construction
We meet with the necessary regulatory agencies and prepare site drawings, permit applications, documents, and specifications. Each set of drawings includes the plans and details specific to that project, and we assist the owner in applying for and obtaining the required regulatory permits.
During construction we provide documentation and engineering assistance, which includes Construction Observations and reporting, answering contractor questions, and enforcing the technical specifications.
